Children cannot wait for these challenges to solve themselves, and neither should we. At golden eyes project, we use what artists have always used: vision, the discipline of creative execution, and the power of sharing art to help place resources into the hands of children who need them most.
When art is valued, it moves. When art is harnessed, it creates opportunity. It feeds children. It plants gardens. It helps rebuild futures. It reminds a child they have purpose.
Our mission exists because every child deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy, supported & empowered to reach their full potential.

Art is more than something we create. It is a way of seeing the world: noticing what others overlook, imagining what doesn’t yet exist & finding possibility in what does.
To live artfully is to carry those principles into the way we move through the world. We become more aware of our connection to one another & nature, more thoughtful about what we contribute, and more conscious of what our choices leave behind.

Regenerative design emerged from studying how natural systems self-renew, adapt & support new growth. Throughout the 20th century, ecological design, permaculture & regenerative agriculture helped translate these observations into human systems, while pioneers like landscape architect John Tillman Lyle brought regenerative thinking into the built environment.
The fundamental shift was simple but significant: instead of designing systems that consume resources, produce an outcome & leave behind waste or depletion, could we design systems that continually renew the resources, environments & relationships they depend upon?
At golden eyes project, regenerative principles guide how we generate & circulate resources, design initiatives, build partnerships, and define meaningful participation. Creativity acts as our core resource, generating funding, awareness & opportunity, while the value it creates is continuously reinvested into child empowerment initiatives.
We evaluate each initiative’s ability to leave children & communities with a greater capacity to learn, create, contribute & build upon what came before.

Creativity is our core resource. Through artwork, commissions, creative commerce, collaborations & strategic partnerships, gep transforms creative value into funding, awareness, opportunity & other resources that can be put toward empowering children.
gep builds relationships around reciprocity, seeking to create meaningful value for the artists, partners & communities who contribute alongside us.
The result is a regenerative resource model where creativity creates value, value moves in multiple directions & what we generate together creates children’s capacity for more.

Our initiatives are designed to expand what children are increasingly able to understand, create, decide, contribute & lead for themselves.
A child’s experiences build upon one another as they develop knowledge, practical skills, confidence, creativity, self-awareness, agency & regenerative understanding. Along the way, they strengthen their connection to themselves, one another & the world around them while discovering their own abilities, interests & potential to make a meaningful difference.
